My mother waited over an hour and a half for someone to help her to the bathroom. The best part was the staff in the physical therapy area. I’m thankful she’s home and continuing her physical therapy, but as far as all other aspects of this facility, I would look elsewhere for better care. My Mom was at this facility for about 15 days, and from her experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. My mother is on a gluten-free diet, and they could not get her dietary needs correct During her whole stay. Thankfully my father and I live five minutes away and were able to bring her what she needed. Then there was the nurses aides, Whose Attentiveness was next to none.
