Centre Pointe has been recognized as a 5 Star facility by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and has received the Governor’s Gold Seal. Our facility has been certified by the JCAHO Joint Commission on Accreditation for Health Care Organizations. My Mom was at this facility for about 15 days, and from her experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. My mother is on a gluten-free diet, and they could not get her dietary needs correct During her whole stay.
